Un-Lock Problem Page








My Un-Lock code doesn't work!



There are two common errors concerning Un-Lock codes. When you register, you will receive a registration email which looks like this;

You entered 1234 as the registration number
Your Name
youraddress@yourdomain
1234567812345678

You supplied an incorrect registration number


Check that the registration number you entered (shown in the registration email) matches what you have on your installed software.

The registration number is shown on the 'Register' tab.





If it does not match, you probably mis-typed it when requesting your code. Request a new Un-Lock code using this link (you do not need to donate again). This link is not part of an automated service, but you will get a response within 24 hours.

The details were entered into the application "Register" tab incorrectly


You entered the details shown in the email incorrectly. It is better to cut and paste from the email in order to avoid mis-typing. Once the wrong details have been entered, the software will lock (to prevent key attacks).To re-enter your details, do the following.

Note that ProgramName below is the name of the application you are Un-Locking (e.g. blscanpluspro, multisub or multiword).

(a) If running, close the application.

(b) Navigate to the application installation resources folder, this is typically at C:\Program Files\ProgramName\Program\Resources (e.g.
C:\Program Files\BLScanPlusPro\Program\Resources or C:\Program Files\MultiSub\Program\Resources or C:\Program Files\MultiWord\Program\Resources).

(c) Delete the file called ProgramName.key (e.g. blscanpluspro.key or multisub.key or multiword.key).

(d) Re-start the application and re-enter your details, this is best done by cutting/pasting from the registration email.
