| My Un-Lock code doesn't
work! |

There are two common errors concerning Un-Lock codes. When you register, you will receive a registration email which looks like this; You entered 1234 as the registration number Your Name youraddress@yourdomain 1234567812345678 |

Check
that the registration number you entered (shown in the registration
email) matches what you have on your installed software. The registration number is shown on the 'Register' tab. |

it does not match, you probably mis-typed it when requesting your
code.
Request a new Un-Lock code using this link
(you do not need to donate again). This link is not part of an
automated service, but you will get a response within 24 hours. |

The
details were entered into the application "Register" tab incorrectly |

| You
entered the details shown in the email incorrectly. It is better to cut
and paste from the email in order to avoid mis-typing. Once the wrong
details have been entered, the software will lock (to prevent key
attacks).To re-enter your details, do the following. Note that ProgramName below is the name of the application you are Un-Locking (e.g. blscanpluspro, multisub or multiword). (a) If running, close the application. (b) Navigate to the application installation resources folder, this is typically at C:\Program Files\ProgramName\Program\Resources (e.g. C:\Program Files\BLScanPlusPro\Program\Resources or C:\Program Files\MultiSub\Program\Resources or C:\Program Files\MultiWord\Program\Resources). (c) Delete the file called ProgramName.key (e.g. blscanpluspro.key or multisub.key or multiword.key). (d) Re-start the application and re-enter your details, this is best done by cutting/pasting from the registration email. |
